DEPARTURE turns your watch into an airport and railway split-flap departure board. The time sits on four big dark flap tiles, each digit on its own flap with the split line across the middle, a slightly lighter lower half and small hinge pins at the sides; the seconds tick on two smaller flaps beside the minutes. A yellow DEPARTURES header and the date on three flaps sit above it, and the next sunrise or sunset is printed at the bottom of the board.
Below the clock run four board rows, each with a yellow label, the value on mini flaps (one character per tile) and a status word: steps show ON TIME, DELAYED or ARRIVED against your step goal and the time of day, heart rate reads NORMAL, RESTING or HIGH, the weather row gives the temperature and the condition (CLEAR, CLOUDY, RAIN, SNOW…), and the battery row shows the estimated days left or a red LOW.
Each of the four rows picks from thirteen options: steps, heart rate, weather, battery, Body Battery, stress, calories, distance, floors, next sunrise/sunset, notifications, a second time zone, or off. Five board themes (Classic, Amber, Night, Mono and a European blue board), 12/24 h with optional leading zero, seconds on or off, status words on or off, and two always-on styles for AMOLED screens: just the time and date, or the whole board dimmed with outlines only. MIP screens keep the full board between glances.
